Impactante. Las cifras siempre lo son y adquieren especial relevancia cuando hablamos de empresas <strong>en proceso de transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, en las que el compromiso de los empleados es una pieza clave para conseguir el cambio.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Usar bien la necesidad innata de reconocimiento que tenemos todos se convierte, por tanto, en una de las palancas clave en cualquier <strong>plan de comunicaci\u00f3n dirigido a acelerar la transformaci\u00f3<\/strong>n. Pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 es un plan de reconocimiento laboral?
