Tenemos grandes ideas e iniciativas de comunicaci\u00f3n interna que lanzamos a nuestros equipos con la mayor de las ilusiones, esperando que les encanten y participen, pero, muchas veces, no logramos la respuesta esperada. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos implicar realmente a los empleados en la comunicaci\u00f3n interna?<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 involucrar a nuestros empleados en comunicaci\u00f3n interna?<\/h2>\n<p>La comunicaci\u00f3n interna es clave en una organizaci\u00f3n para informar a nuestros equipos de las novedades, sensibilizar acerca de la cultura y los valores de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, aumentar su orgullo de pertenencia, agradecer su compromiso con el proyecto, etc. Al conseguir que nuestros equipos se sientan motivados y felices tambi\u00e9n favorecemos a su eficiencia y productividad en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda en la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Una buena estrategia de comunicaci\u00f3n interna no solo logra motivar a los empleados, sino que debe aspirar a lograr que el equipo comprenda la cultura, los valores y el prop\u00f3sito de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, lo viva y lo aplique en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda en la organizaci\u00f3n, haci\u00e9ndolo suyo.<\/p>\n<h2>Principal error en comunicaci\u00f3n interna<\/h2>\n<p>El principal error que se comete en comunicaci\u00f3n interna es comunicar tan solo de arriba hacia abajo, es decir, utilizando las herramientas de comunicaci\u00f3n solo para que la compa\u00f1\u00eda se exprese de manera vertical: la organizaci\u00f3n transmite mensajes hacia los empleados.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, para que la comunicaci\u00f3n interna sea efectiva, no puede ni debe tan solo ser emitida por le organizaci\u00f3n, si no favorecer la participaci\u00f3n de todos los empleados e incitarles a contribuir en ella. A menudo las estrategias de comunicaci\u00f3n interna pasan a un segundo plano en cuanto a relevancia en las prioridades de los l\u00edderes, y se trata de un error.<\/p>\n<p>Esto suele suceder porque muy frecuentemente los l\u00edderes tienen miedo a iniciar debates con sus empleados, a perder autoridad frente a sus equipos, etc. Los l\u00edderes deben comprender la relevancia de la left;}<\/style>\n<h3>Empoderamiento y confianza a los empleados<\/h3>\n<p>Solo los equipos empoderados se atrever\u00e1n a expresar de manera abierta sus opiniones sobre la compa\u00f1\u00eda y a participar abiertamente en las iniciativas de comunicaci\u00f3n interna.
