Y es que una nueva incorporaci\u00f3n a una organizaci\u00f3n es un momento clave para establecer una base s\u00f3lida y un v\u00ednculo fuerte entre esa persona y la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan un estudio de Corporate Leadership Council, el compromiso y la motivaci\u00f3n de un o una profesional aumenta m\u00e1s de un 20% si se ha seguido un plan para ayudarle en su integraci\u00f3n en la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pero hablemos claro, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es exactamente un onboarding?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El onboarding es un periodo de acompa\u00f1amiento por parte de l@s profesionales de una empresa a la persona que se acaba de incorporar. No es un desayuno de bienvenida, ni una mochila y una libreta con el logo de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, ni tampoco la presentaci\u00f3n oficial a l@s nuev@s compa\u00f1er@s. El onboarding va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y consiste en un plan de acciones pensadas y organizadas a lo largo de varias semanas, con el objetivo de ayudar a la nueva incorporaci\u00f3n a comprender todo lo relativo a la empresa (cultura, proyectos, roles, etc), as\u00ed como sus nuevas funciones.<\/p>\n<p>Para ir un poco m\u00e1s al fondo: seg\u00fan un estudio de Headway Executive Search, en Espa\u00f1a el 75% de l@s profesionales no tiene un buen recuerdo de su fase de aterrizaje en la empresa. Este dato es demoledor.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, a primera vista, podr\u00eda parecer que los beneficios del onboarding solo impactan positivamente en la nueva incorporaci\u00f3n, \u00a1pero no!
