CaixaBank has reformulated its value proposition to its professionals and its purpose, and at Mostaza we are working on a communication campaign to communicate this to its professionals, as well as the benefits of being part of the organisation. We are also defining a new website to launch this new EVP and host the content related to the career path of the organisation’s professionals.

Internal Communication

Following the merger of seven companies (Yoigo, Masmóvil, PepePhone, Llamaya, Lebara, Lycamobile and Euskaltel), and with the aim of contributing to the integration through the same image and culture, we worked with the HR department to unify the documentation, content and applications of the intranet, which is accessed daily by 1,800 professionals. Together with the architecture of the new platform, we defined the intranet governance model and the internal communication manual.

OnBoarding

Onboarding is an excellent opportunity to foster a sense of belonging among new employees. CaixaBank’s OnBoarding has been developed through a series of actions designed to make new employees feel supported during their first weeks. This is achieved through welcome actions with a WOW effect, as well as the support of their buddy and manager.
