Get into SmartWork mode

The aim of this project was to make MediaMarkt an agile organisation that meets its business challenges in an efficient, sustainable and responsible way, with the well-being of its employees in mind. In collaboration with Nexe TWC, measures were taken to promote process efficiency and to work on the company’s improvement areas.

La Española contigo

In order to continue accompanying La Española in its transformation project, we created the Whatsapp channel “La Española contigo”. The aim was to get closer to all employees and keep them informed of important and ongoing news.

Move

Falck Renewables, in the midst of an organisational transformation process, was in need of a communication plan to mobilise internal key enablers without forgetting the rest of the company. To this end, we launched the MOVE concept with a kick-off event, a space on Yammers, follow-up meetings, training pills, testimonial videos…
